What is the warranty period for Honeycomb hardware?
All Honeycomb Aeronautical products purchased through our official European store come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
Are your flight controls compatible with both Windows and macOS?
Yes, our Alpha Flight Controls and Bravo Throttle Quadrant are plug-and-play compatible with both PC (Windows 10/11) and macOS, supporting major simulators like Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, and Prepar3D.
How can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

While the basic axes function automatically, you will need to download and install our 'Honeycomb Bridge' software from our website to enable full LED functionality and digital displays in your preferred flight simulator.
