At Honeycomb Aeronautical Europe, we want to ensure your flight simulation experience is seamless; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your hardware within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all cables, manuals, and components included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the portal with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the controller or peripheral in its original Honeycomb box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all accessories are present.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location within the EU.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
